Recommended shoe list for 2015
Shoes should generally be replaced every 500 miles. For an active person this can be 6 to 12 months. This will change depending on some factors like: your weight, activity level, and if shoes are used inside or outside.
Physical inspection of shoes is also very important. If the sole has uneven or has excessive wear, it should be replaced. If there is break down of leather or other materials it should be replaced.
